Corrections Policy

Menu data changes: items rotate, figures are revised, and restaurants vary. When something on Menuu Guide is wrong, we want to know — and this page explains what happens next.

How to report an error

Use the contact page or email [CONTACT EMAIL] with:

  • The page (URL) and the item or figure involved.
  • What you believe is wrong.
  • Where possible, what the official source (chick-fil-a.com or the restaurant's official ordering page) shows.

What we do with a report

  1. Check against the official source. A correction is made when the official source supports it. If the official source and our page agree, we reply explaining the basis of the figure.
  2. Fix the underlying data once. Menu figures live in one structured dataset, so a verified correction updates the item everywhere it appears on the site — not just on the page that was reported.
  3. Update the check date honestly. The "last verified" date on an affected page moves to the date the data was actually re-checked.
  4. Note significant corrections. If a widely-read figure (a calorie total, a serving basis, an availability status) was materially wrong, the affected page carries a brief dated correction note.

What we do not do

  • We do not silently change a figure because a third-party site shows a different one; the official source decides.
  • We do not present a sampled restaurant's price as a correction to a "national price" — there is no national price. Reports that a price differs at another restaurant are expected — prices are set locally, which is why sampled prices are always dated, and why a different figure at your restaurant is not by itself an error.
  • We cannot correct anything on the official Chick-fil-A website, in its app, or at a restaurant — only on Menuu Guide.
